Hotel Zed won VIATeC's new award for Creative Excellence!

Victoria Advanced Technology Council’s newest award for Creative Excellence recognizes a Greater Victoria company that has demonstrated excellence in innovation and entrepreneurship with a commitment to creativity.

It seems our ridiculously fun & eclectic hip hotel really is like nothing you've ever seen before! People love this crazy idea of starting a funky hotel that was actually affordable, down-to-earth, fun, playful and approachable.

Designed to recognize the creators, innovators and entrepreneurs outside of the typical tech industry, Hotel Zed is thrilled to receive this prestigious honour.

So you see, we aren't the only ones who think Hotel Zed is a rebel against the ordinary!

The event and award recognition took place on June 26, 2015 at VIATeC's 14th Annual Awards Dinner at the Victoria Conference Centre.

It was a fantastic evening and really great to see what other awesome things local companies are creating. A big shout out to our fellow nominees for the creativity award category including Abeego Designs, Creole Jewellery Design, Is this Menswear? and Pacific School of Innovation and Inquiry.
